LISTEN TO THESE INSPIRING SUCCESS STORIES FROM TSP GRADUATES!
Why I created this program
Becoming a spoonie was the most isolating experience of my entire life. There were many times that I felt like giving up because of the debilitating pain and fatigue. Nobody in my life seemed to understand what I was going through.
Even though I knew I needed to rest to recover, I truly didn't know how. I had been a high-achiever my whole life. I felt such a lack of purpose being stuck at home, unable to work or volunteer.
After many years, a lot of trial-and-error, and COUNTLESS hours of research and medical appointments - I finally learned how to put myself first. Over the span of a few months, I went from being stuck in bed on disability leave, to THRIVING on two hour hikes.
At first I kept worrying that the improvements wouldn't last. But when I realized that I really was getting stronger and healthier every month- I knew that I needed to share the techniques that I had discovered with others.
The current dominant narrative on chronic illness is not one of hope and inspiration. That's why the mission of TSP™ is to help fellow spoonies realize that it IS possible to build a life they love alongside their diagnosis.
If you're ready to learn the evidence-based strategies that have changed countless lives, I can't wait to hold space for you within our community.
